• There 8 Members in the cc, each owning 12.5%
• The building is approximately 25 years old
• The business of the “cc” is governed by an “Association Agreement” and a “Set of Management Rules”, signed and accepted by each Member. Any Purchaser would be required to sign for acceptance of these documents
• The house has two game drive vehicles
• An old Land Rover called Figtree 2 used as a spare vehicle
