Overview

The farm is a 286 hectare Bushveld reserve near Marnitz in the Limpopo Province of South Africa. It is situated roughly 150 km from Mokopane on the N11 and 35 km from Groblersbrug Border post to Botswana. It is a 24 bed ongoing concern with a full liquor licence offering regular accommodation to a nearby wedding venue, families seeking retreats and hunters throughout the year (exemption permit in tact.)

 

The farm is divided into 5 separately fenced areas

• The main lodge with 8 chalets

• Butchery, farm stores and campsite area with ablution block and kitchen.

• 30 hectares established pasture

• Game camp

• Worker’s quarters

• Rubber dam (1,2m x 18 m ) with pump can supply 10 irrigation points to

established pasture. Currently not in use.
