Within the private game reserve is a fully proclaimed and serviced small footprint of a total of 60 stands with either waterfront or bushveld views. These luxury rooms share a communal lapa with an open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen. The lounge area has a large L-shape leather couch. The dining area has an 8-seater dining room table and a built-in braai. The living area leads out onto a wooden deck area with an attached swimming pool and boma area. The third bedroom is a loft area furnished with 3 single beds. The first and second bedrooms have each an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath as well as sliding doors leading out onto a wooden deck.

The waterway, water levels are maintained from underground springs with an ample supply – a rarity in any bushveld development. Ditholo Wildlife Estate enjoys a competitive levy which is carefully controlled and budgeted by the Directors of the HOA which allows a home owner the rare opportunity to control

BUILDING REQUIREMENTS

Stand owners will be referred to recommended architect and builders. All buildings will be subjected to plan-approval by both the Architectural committee and the Thabazimbi Town council.

The most important building restriction is that of one structure per stand only (limited to a footprint of 1,000m2)
